I use 2 monitors (laptop screen and a larger monitor). I use the keyboard on my laptop when I am working. If I set the monitor to the left or right of the laptop I have to keep looking that way while I type on the laptop. This stand allows me to put the monitor directly above my laptop, which does help my posture and keeps everything vertically in line in front of me. I liked it so much I got another one for my home office.

Debido a la gran cantidad de horas que pasamos ahora frente a una PC, tuve que comprar un monitor para conectar a la laptop. I purchased this so that, as the picture shows, I could keep my DVD player underneath my TV which occupies a rather limited footprint. As I didn't need the risers I was able to use the stand straight out of the box. In fact, even the risers have now been put into use. They are now raising my computer monitor to a better eye-level position.
