1. How to connect the heightening stand to the computer?
Our device connects to the USB port of the motherboard of the main unit or to the USB port of a laptop via a high-speed USB data cable at the back. After connecting, you can use all the functions of the heightening stand, including fingerprint recognition and RGB lighting effects.
2. Why is the white version more expensive?
The white version is a custom model that uses a high-gloss automotive paint process, while the black version uses a matte electrostatic spraying process. The automotive paint process is more complex, has a lower yield rate, and is more costly, resulting in a much higher grade.
3. How to choose the size?
It depends on your desk. I personally suggest choosing a larger size for more storage space and a better overall look. For a 120cm desk with a 27-inch monitor, choose the 88cm version. For a 34-inch monitor, the 1.08m version is recommended for a better appearance.
4. What is the use of the fingerprint?
The main function of the fingerprint is to set up one-touch unlocking, allowing for easy switching between multiple accounts.

5. What is the difference between the standard version and the Divine Light version?
The standard version also has RGB lighting effects but can only be controlled by a remote. The Divine Light version, with its built-in microprocessor, can be controlled by a computer software, a mobile app (supports all iPhone and Android phones), set to sound and light rhythm mode, and screen light interaction mode. The standard version can only control lighting effects with a simple remote.
6. What are the additional accessories for the Divine Light version?
The Divine Light version can synchronize the entire desktop lighting. The official custom monitor backlight strip is 2 meters long (optional). If your monitor has a mechanical arm installed at the back, you may need an extension cable for the light strip (optional).
7. Which phones support wireless charging?
The 15W universal version supports all phones with wireless charging capability.
8. Why does it not support suspended monitors?
Our heightening stand is 22cm wide. For monitors with suspended legs, it is recommended to use a mechanical arm with our heightening stand.
