Return & Refund Policy

Please contact us if there was any shipping damage or quality issue. You are allowed to exchange product within 72hrs from the date of receipt.

The following situations are not included in the return and exchange service.

 Exceeding the prescribed time limit for return and exchange.

Man-made damage or missing part that is not original quality problem.

 As 2 selection of sizes offered, we cannot refund due to the reason "size not fit" or "brought the wrong size". Please check the size guide careful    ly before purchase.

 Dislike due to personal preferences.

1.If you need to refund or exchange, please click Contact Us and leave your message. We will contact you within 3 working days.

2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any missing parts will delay the refund or cause partial refunds.

3.You will be refunded after we receive the returned product and check it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

4.If there is insufficient stock of exchanging products, we will inform you about the specific treatment.

5.Please contact us first if you want a refund or exchange. We refuse to deal with self-returned products.

Logistics Policy

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

We could not offer a refund or resend undelivered for the following situation. We suggest you contact the local courier:

 wrong address or phone number

 no-reply any email or call from the local courier

 refuse signing package

 refuse to pay tax

 refuse clearance

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?

If you're ordering from China, there are no import duties (due to China regulations). If you're ordering from the EU or elsewhere, you will very likely be required to pay customs and handling charges. The local shipping company typically charges these upon arrival. We cannot estimate or charge these fees in advance, nor do we have any control over them. These charges are unrelated to the shipping charge.

We understand that taxes can be frustrating, but if you order a product and then change your mind because of your country charges, we have to pay our express service supplier to ship it back to us. Therefore, we will not be able to issue a full refund.
